Your measurements. Your choice.

This notice covers One Cue Golf’s website and controlled measurement API, operated by VarbedianLLC. The Muse connector is still in development. These web pages do not accept shot measurements.

When you visit

These pages contain a made-up example. They have no accounts, measurement uploads, payment forms, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. They do not retrieve lesson records or send your browsing activity to an AI provider.

Vercel hosts the website. Hosting and network providers process technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from advertising or measurement collection. We do not promise that infrastructure logs have zero retention.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to include. Cloudflare is configured to route domain email to our Google Gmail inbox. We use correspondence to answer questions, troubleshoot issues and handle privacy requests. Please do not include passwords, payment information or someone else’s lesson records.

Keeping and sharing information

We retain correspondence as needed to respond and maintain a record of the request, or where required by law. You can ask us to delete correspondence or provide access to information you sent. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. Provider backups and operational logs may follow separate retention schedules.

We do not sell contact information or use it for targeted advertising. Hosting and email providers process information as necessary to deliver their services. They may process information in countries outside your own.

Controlled measurement API

Authorized integration testing uses intentionally supplied shot measurements. Send synthetic measurements during this testing phase. The API accepts no names, player or lesson identifiers, free-text notes, media or database access. It returns fixed-rule analysis and a separate experimental Jev classification. It does not retrieve shared bay or lesson records, and no language model writes lesson prose.

When Jev is configured, every valid analysis sends TypeSafe the intended shape, numeric thresholds and normalized per-shot numeric measurements. The provider payload excludes arbitrary club text, names, player and lesson identifiers, media, credentials and raw HTTP headers. The deterministic result and next action remain authoritative.

Cloudflare runs the API. Our application processes measurements in memory and returns the result without saving the request or response. A separate quota record stores four numbers: the current minute and day windows and their request counts. It contains no measurements, names or credentials. Window values are replaced as requests advance into later windows. The integration credential stays in our secret vault; the API stores only its verification digest.

API operational metrics

We use PostHog to monitor admitted API requests: response status, fixed error codes, elapsed time, Jev availability or disagreement, model version and token counts. Events use a service identifier, not a golfer identifier. We do not send shot measurements, club names, model judgments, prompts, credentials, request headers or golfer IP addresses to PostHog. Person profiles and location enrichment are disabled. This website does not use PostHog browser tracking or session replay.

These operational events are stored in our US PostHog project and remain subject to its configured retention and deletion settings. They are separate from the shot measurements processed in memory. For deletion questions, contact support@onecuegolf.com. See PostHog’s privacy policy.

Provider processing and retention

Cloudflare carries API requests and processes network and security information, including IP addresses and request metadata. Worker logs and traces are disabled. Our verified configuration has no Logpush export jobs or Tail Workers. Cloudflare still maintains operational metrics, which its documentation makes available for up to three months. That period describes metrics, not every category of provider information.

Cloudflare’s wider retention depends on its service, security and legal purposes. We do not promise zero provider retention or a single deletion period for all network metadata. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its Workers metrics documentation. Vercel serves this static website and does not run our measurement API.

TypeSafe states that it does not use customer data to train its models. Its data-processing terms allow retention for as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations. We do not claim or assume enterprise zero-data-retention terms. An integration caller receives the result and controls its own copy. If Muse later connects to the API, Muse will also handle information entered in its conversation under its own privacy practices. No live Muse connection or consumer coaching access is offered yet. We will update this notice before adding other data uses.
